The challenge was to create a telemedicine platform tailored for elderly users, ensuring simplicity, trust, and ease of use while maintaining compliance with medical standards.

I led the design process from research and user journey mapping to prototyping, usability testing, and development sprints. Special attention was given to larger interface elements, intuitive navigation, and clear visual language to reduce cognitive load and support accessibility.

The outcome was a platform that enabled seniors to easily connect with doctors, manage prescriptions, and access their medical records.
