This project highlights my experience designing enterprise solutions where design directly impacts business operations. At WBS Training AG, I worked on an ERP system supporting 6,000+ courses, 2,000 employees, and government partnerships.

I led the process from research and service blueprints to MVP prototypes, testing, and final UI delivery—translating complex requirements into a core tool for staff and students. The result was a scalable product that improved efficiency, reduced bottlenecks, and laid the foundation for digital transformation.
